Financial services: SRM replaced
Procurement ran in SAP SRM, a separate system with its own data and its own approval logic. In the greenfield move to SAP S/4HANA we designed and built the approval process, migrated the data out of SRM, connected external catalogues and extended the standard front end apps. For the closing stretch we held overall project management with budget responsibility.
Agricultural machinery: procurement documents automated
Scheduling agreements and source lists were created by hand, vendor evaluation was disconnected from the procurement process, and document output had grown together over years. We automated creation through standard interfaces and background jobs, moved document output onto rules, introduced a new vendor evaluation and speeded up reporting by calculating in the database.
Federal authority: legacy real estate module replaced
Property management ran on a module SAP no longer develops. Documents were produced with scattered tools and parts of the procedure depended on workarounds. We delivered the analysis and the concept for moving to the current module, introduced a solution for document creation, built interfaces to the specialist procedures and stabilised live operation.

Do you work remotely or on site?
Project work is done remotely from Germany, with days on site at your premises where needed. Project languages are German (level C2) and English (level C1).
How do you access our system?
Whichever way your organisation provides: through your VPN, through a jump host, with a named user in your system, or on hardware you provide, a supplied notebook for instance. Your IT security rules set the route, not us.
Who is the contracting party, and how is liability covered?
The contracting party is GLIT Circle GmbH. Professional indemnity insurance is in place through exali AG.
Fixed scope contract or services contract?
Both are possible. Which one fits depends on the scope and on your requirements, and we agree it before the engagement starts.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Non-disclosure agreements are the norm for us, not the exception. That is why we name no client names on this website. We are glad to present anonymised project examples in conversation.
What stays with us after the project?
The developments together with their technical documentation, handed over to your team. Who carries on from there is your decision.

A concrete plan in SAP?
Describe the system, the release and the task in a few lines. You will get an honest assessment, including when the SAP standard is the better answer than a custom development. Where the process runs outside SAP today, in spreadsheets for instance, custom software often gets there faster.
