Every package has a defined result that you accept before the next one begins, and you can pause or stop after any package.

Requirements analysis and design
We look at how the work is really done today, including the special cases that appear in no description. From that we derive the data model and the interaction concept, which we agree with you.
System foundation and user administration
Setting up the application with its database, login, roles and access areas per user. On request entirely inside your own company network, without any cloud.
Data migration
Migration of the existing files with all master data and history. The results are validated against the originals, so that the key figures demonstrably match.
Core module for the daily work
The view where your team spends most of its time, with the full calculation logic, status, priorities, automatic dates and editor initials, and filters.
Specialist modules for your process
The views your team works in every day. That may be a planning board with a timeline and direct editing, an inspection and approval logic, or order tracking, depending on which process is being replaced.
Workload and capacity
An overview across weeks, months and quarters with traffic light logic, bottleneck warnings and an adjustable workload reference.
Statistics and reporting
Freely filterable reports by period, customer, article or product group, with charts and a results table.
Master data
Administration of staff with availability calculation, product groups with their parameters, and automated import of the product catalogue.
Audit trail, undo and backup
A change log per user, an undo function, input validation and automatic daily backups with a tested restore.
Export
Output to Excel for everyone involved who has to carry on working there or pass data on to third parties.
User interface and branding
Design to your specifications and in line with your branding, with sortable and filterable tables and documented design rules.
Quality assurance and testing
Automated functional and browser tests, plus an arithmetical reconciliation of the key figures against the source files.
Delivery, documentation and rollout
Installation package, a user guide, setup of the user accounts and a training session for your team.
Operation and further development
After the rollout we handle bug fixing and further development on call, billed by effort, with no maintenance contract. Your own IT department or another provider can equally well take over, because source code, documentation and automated tests are part of the delivery.
What we need from you
A fixed point of contact
One person from the department who really knows the process and is allowed to make decisions. This is the single most important success factor.
Access to data and test cases
The existing files and, where necessary, access to the systems concerned. Without real data there is no serious way to check whether the arithmetic holds.
Feedback on interim results
We show working interim states early and regularly. When feedback comes within a few working days, the schedule stays stable.
Experience as the foundation, modern tools as the accelerator
Behind the implementation stand nine years of development in enterprise applications, mostly in large SAP landscapes with everything that belongs there: clean data models, authorisations, interfaces, logging and error analysis during live operation. That experience determines how a solution is built.
For the implementation itself we consistently use modern tools, including AI-assisted development environments. They noticeably speed up recurring work: scaffolding, test cases, migration routines and documentation come together faster, which leaves more time for what actually decides whether a project succeeds, namely understanding your process.
What this does not change: architecture, review and responsibility for the result stay with us. Everything that is delivered has been reviewed by us, and the core functions are covered by automated tests. You are not buying a generated result, but a reviewed application that is finished faster than would have been possible a few years ago.
