I have worked continuously in SAP projects since 2017. The first six years at IBM Deutschland GmbH, self-employed since September 2023 and with GLIT Circle GmbH since 2024. In that time I have supported three complete S/4HANA transformation cycles.
My background is techno-functional. That means I write the code, but I come from process consulting. In large rollout projects I learned that the difficult work is rarely the programming. It is the listening, and the honest follow up questions at exactly the points where things get uncomfortable.
That is the approach I bring to software projects outside SAP. A mid-sized company that wants to move its planning out of Excel does not need a pretty interface. It needs someone who understands why column AC has carried a manual correction factor for the past three years.
